Festival Proceedings Globians® is a film festival from film makers for film makers and is open to the public. We believe in networking and cooperation rather than in competition. That is also why we consider ourself as documentary screening sessions.

Our festival language is English.
We will screen original versions with English subtitles (if not noted otherwise).
 Globians® is a project model and not part in any case of the industrialized film festival biz.
Our project model does not receive any public subsidies from public funds nor endowments, neither is it connected to any sponsor interests. We do not like to have tapestry or rental cars covered all over with corporation logos. The festival is funded by submissions fees from film makers, by tickets sales and by donators. Our volonteers work hard to provide a comfortable, intimate and yet professional festival atmosphere. However it is also a marketplace for documentary merchants close to our genres, subjects, style and topoi. Since our third festival run we have introduced a Festival Pass for 30 Euros. The price for our Festival pass during our fourth festival run will stay at only 30 Euros. However the festival pass is valid for Potsdam screenings only. After repeated requests from festival visitors we are introducing this year a festival day ticket for our Potsdam screenings only (price 10 Euros per day, only valid in Potsdam). Please read the rules and restrictions for Festival Pass and day ticket use in our festival program schedule announcements. No advance ticket sales for single tickets in Potsdam. We sell tickets for Potsdam screenings only on the particular day of a screening and only at our Potsdam festival counter. Hence tickets for our Potsdam screenings are NOT available at the Bablyon:Mitte box office. However advance ticket sales are availabe for our Berlin festival rerun screenings at the Babylon:Mitte box office. Ticket sales at Babylon:Mittte may also be contacted by phone 030.2425 969.  Submissions fees for festival entries.
We charge submissions fees to film makers and producers through our partner Withoutabox Inc, the online film festival submission system. The submission fees range from 15 to 300 Euros depending on the festival category and the time window during our call for submissions.
